I know little, about my task in life With twilight shadows in my heart And this spirit, yearning in desire; The song of angels, rendering sweet succession; For I am wearied, mist the frost on the moon; All our pampered paunches; Lonliness, moonlit sea and tears; Which cannot summon, in a solitary cloud; This hollow in the heart, roles in essence And still, the struggle of outpourings and distress; My outward sense is gone; And visions rise, less harassed, Fetch me the key, I put down my oar; Only as heaven pleases And this spirit, yearning in desire; The song of angels Titch |
