Young man, its hard to say
So use to this person
I've known him a long time
He's so far away
While I'm still right here
Doing what I do

Proof and pictures
Memory
Its hard to see
Its not like it was
I won't ever be again
Simple isn't what it was

He's a man now
Stronger molded into something else
Killer, defender, man of loalty
Given orders by a sargeant he does not know
To do things against his personal feelings

Hes a solider in his line of work
A member of a family
A member of a team
He's definitely a man and not a boy
This solider is my brother
And I'm proud to know

Hatered and lies go hand-in-hand, while love is always truth.

[I do it for the love...  ...I do it from the bottom of my heart.]-Smile Empty Soul

My best friend is a former Marine,,,my daddy was a Navy vet,,,,,I never knew the pain of having them away on a mission, or stationed in some place i can't pronounce,,,but, I do see the pride they each have,,,in their branch of service, their country, and all they protect,,,,,I too send a thank you to your brother,,and all the brothers in arms that keep us whole,,,
Michelle

I wish all could find the true happiness I have found,,in the eyes of Mike

It changes you but never seems to change the forces as they break the next one and rebuild them as they want..

The world becomes a different person and your family are those that rely on you to be where you should be and do what you are trained to do.

Your real family become those you have a chance to visit.

Interesting read. I joined the Royal Navy when I was 16 and I can see the unexplored words.
