An abundance of blooms
Of baby pink and white
Reach up to the sky
To catch the most light

They climb around the pillar
Like a snake around a tree
Their beauty brings much joy
For those who come to see

Blooms come bursting forth
They seem to float upon the air
'tho my words try to paint a picture
There's nothing like being there

A fragrance oh so heavenly
Greets my upturned nose
All my efforts are rewarded
As I admire my climbing rose

I love the affiliation and the similarities through the comparison, very beautiful and well done. .

You do train them hard Sue

Capture on whisks of vision

Sounds beautiful

Joy in nature

Crushed petals

Take care

Oh, but Sue, your words did  paint a picture, sweet lady....
and I certainly did enjoy seeing it, too!
Hugs,

Sue:  A lovely poem and reminds me it is spring where you are. We just got 4 inches of new snow last night! I have some lovely climbers too, but will have to enjoy yours for now!

Hi Sue .... Hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas and blessings for a New Year filled with love, joy and peace.

This is a beautiful poem to match the beauty of your roses and life. I would love to see a picture of the blooms.
