This world has nothing to hide, As it strips me of my pride, Confusion engulfs me, As tears yearn to be free, What do I do, Where do I go, Doesn’t anyone know? I thought I was happy, I thought people cared, But no one asked me, If I really was, Maybe they’re too scared, Do the even suspect they are the cause? I feel like I’ve been left behind, With no one to dry my tears when I cry, I can do nothing just to get by, For the future is close, But just out of reach in my mind, This world has nothing to hide. Life is a gift so live it to the fullest! |
