I thought i'd lost you
as the turnaround moon
dwindled from the window's view,

as the rainbow subdued,

as the tail of the renegade cloud
was pursued,

I thought i'd lost you,

until recyclying hues
formed the setting sun coming thru,

making this moment now gifted by you,

while i'm shackled and earthbound

to this stuck
window view
