 Picture by Josephine Wall * * * I have one wish this Christmas For a world of peace and love I would like to send my message Upon the wings of a white dove I will embrace my fellow man No matter what his race I will make each child happy Bringing a smile to every face I will be the bearer of a gift With something special to impart My gift of love is bountiful It comes freely from my heart No more poverty and hatred For I will change greys skies to blue It is my quest to make a difference As I spread the word to you So let us build a bridge That stretches far across the world Open up your hearts And let love be unfurled * * * "The source of love is deep in us and we can help others realise a lot of happiness. One word, one action, one thought, can reduce another person's suffering and bring that person joy" I am in motion |
