Clumsiness was always good for a laugh A clown in Cowboy clothes that always steps in... $HIT!!! With Goats cows, and killer emus his ranch looked more like a zoo thats what was so loveable the fool, that everyone knew. These are only the tip of is antics jumping around, kicking it off in a panic. More and more he'd step in piles onlookers laughing all of the while. Purple Penguins and piles of poo mumbling and fumbling all the way thru This was no Cowboy he always turned into a clown with out trying he turned pouts upside down. So, its good to keep nouveau rednecks around just watchin them live entertainment they'll give life turns to a circus when they come back in town. |

martinia Am I reading this wrong, or do I smell political metaphor in this poem? If so, this is a pretty brave gesture, I congratulate your patriotism. If not, it is still an interesting poem, both in its unusual form and content. Please give me a little hint, so I may see the poems meaning a little more clearly in my mind... _______ice ><> |

LOL, WOW, Ive never heard one of my poems as being of a political nature. Everyone to their interpretation. Thats why I long for responses to hear everyone's view of it. No, it was not politically intended, its about me and how silly clumsy yet amusing I am. I would LOVE to hear your political interpretation. Thanks for the feedback, Brad p.s. Its pronounced Martini-at-8, a song Im fond of: "Martinis at 8" by Johnny Reno and the Lounge Kings |
