Cartoon laughter pearl white teeth are yellowed now Long grown out of yet is all I can feel Among all these cartoon movements Bold before me you would have closed my eyes for me With your human velvet laugh and soft moves I miss now our senseless giggle beneath the blanket entwined over nothing funny just us [This message has been edited by gemjop (10-02-2003 11:14 AM).] |

Nothing senseless about giggles ... they grow into laughter which feeds the soul. Memories are what's left, my friend, and they truly enhance the senses. |

They sound like wonderful memories, dear gem drop. Hold them close, and may you soon be making new memories for your tomorrows. Remember, love finds you when you least expect it! Huggums, LL |

much better in cartoons, the ability to deal with life's troubles, a bomb an anvill a truck have little impact on the character whereas this reality impacts us with the tiniest and most useless things..hugs |

The second poem in as many days that ends with "us." Sometimes I wonder how the other end of a disintegrated relationship bears up -- is he as broken up over this as you are? That's what helped me get over Heidi, when I realized .... she had moved on, and I was left behind with myself. Couldn't have asked for a better gift, really. .m. |
