Concrete Matress She lies there alone Scared Crying for her Daddy Who didn't come home This afternoon She's hungry again Lunch a scrap of cheese Found along the street As she wandered Going deeper into her jungle Finding her way back Into her world The box down the alleyway Knowing he'll be there soon Sleeps fitfully And dreams on Hugging her only friend Her tattered bear On her concrete mattress We are all equal but we’re individually different |

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Bradly, it breaks my heart every time I see a child cold, sick, and without a home, dearest friend, I work at the Denver Rescue Mission and feed and bring in all kinds of people without a home and comfort them as much as I can! (wipes tears) NO child should EVER be left alone without a home, sweet friend, my prayers are with all the worlds children, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bradly, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton I don't need no proof when it comes to God and truth |

Ringo....There are many sad stories like this in any city, but to see children living on the street, breaks my heart. Sensitively written! |

Wow Ringo, this is just so heartbreaking. Life can just be so unfair Especially when a young and innocent child has to live in a world with so much pain, and despair. It really makes you stop and wonder. Where did it all go so wrong? For so many Thanks for caring Ringo Your have a real kind and compassionate soul Blessings, Richy |

Bradly, this reminds me of another one you wrote? And this killed me as much as the other one did. you see what so many people turn their eyes away from. It affects your day doesn't it? seeing things like this, not knowing what to do, knowing you can't really do much. ~I wanna live, I wanna give, I've been a miner for a heart of gold~ Neil Young |
