A Wild Imagination

I could write you
a love poem
swallowing silver
to make
jeweled words
but silk can not
wrap stone
changing it
to another form
and prayers blow
lost in the wind
catching on trees
tearing them
I admit
you lived
in my imagination
and I lit
the white candles
posting them
in the north window
I held on to
the idea somehow
you might be
the one to melt
but all that dripped
was darkness
and you said that
you could not
understand my words
but what you
really meant was
you did not
understand my heart
so tonight
the only candle
that burns
is mine

"I am living a life, i have no wish to live. How did this happen?" Unknown

"you could not

But it's so easy....your words are your heart. The more a man reads, the more he sees the heart of you.

Ah, but to read with understanding, not just mouth the syllables of you with the proper tones and inflections....yes, that might take a special man.

They never say, what they really mean, knowing we cling to their every word.

When you have looked inside the soul
the question fades
softens
and the answer flows
with the wax.

Actions speak louder than words. Lip service sounds like this...(cupping hand up to ear) I hear a cymbal, or something...what is that noise? Saying the truth is better than not saying anything at all. It may hurt initially, but it's better than leaving to your imagination, and in the end having to imagine the worst. Very familiar with this.

(big hugggssssssss) I've said this an umpteenth number of times before and I'll say it again...I'd prefer a ugly truth over a pretty lie anyday! (sad sigh) My advice is if one can't tell the truth, then it is instant defeat for that person and you must move on, I send angel hugs your way and wish for someone with a nobel heart to give you the love you so very much deserve, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
