Inspired by the innocent questioning of my Granddaughter Aurea Marrie, who asked Grandpa "where does the wind come from, the sun and moon breathing?"

dedicated to my Grandchildren: Lance Joseph, Landen Richard, Aurea Marrie, Kailee Jean, and Faith Marrie.

Grandpa...?
If there can be nothing, where does it begin
Where does big start, and why can’t infinity end
Why is color color, and why do rainbows bend
What makes the darkness not the light
and what makes the darkness come with the night
How does God see if He has no eyes,
and if God can do anything, can He tell lies
How did the heavens God arrange
If an orange was blue, that would be strange
Why do birds sing in flight
and how do we know that left isn’t right
And why is an apple not a pear
and how come there is different colored hair
Where does the wind come from, and where does it go?
Grandpa, you’re so smart, cuz of everything you know.

This is a masterpiece.. I think because of the true innocence kids have and you said it so well. It reminded me of my little Gram and at the same time my own children. This deserves an award

This was a beautiful rainbow of questions, i admit am still asking! I've never had a grandpa, or grandma, so they and you are so lucky, and it makes me smile to see you show yoour love of them here.
