“It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World” was certainly before its time but now the world out there says that time is prime. Oh verily I say to you beauty can be seen the exquisite can be found, yet the workings of man stack evils to compound. The tragedy that’s called comedy creates an angst in me that I’ve want to free. Murderous war to even up the score in a name’s adore killing innocent and poor... Fury and rage fill up the page of a living stage; how is one to gauge in this day and age all sin’s final wage In such a mad, mad, mad, mad world? ©November 22, 2003 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |
