Entering She entered through a halos light A show of wile that entered night Ignited by a silver moon That lit a magic wick of rune In rapture I watched the glow Misting like a winters snow Setting drifts of seamy white A floating spirit in the night She wavered in a veil of pure Beckoning like lovers lure Smiled at me in purest grace Blew a kiss onto my face. Offered me her hand to hold Draped within a lace of fold And as I reach to touch her blaze The dream turned into empty haze. But she is there within my mind It’s only in the day I’m blind. |
