 Picture by Josephine Wall * * * I've searched in all directions Across the land and out to sea In the hope that my true love Might come sailing towards me Immersed in cool clear water I dive into the deepest blue In a sea of sensuality I have come looking for you The water shines like diamonds Beneath the warm sunshine As the warm wind sends a message From your precious heart to mine I need your love to quench me And satisfy my deep desire To feel your love flow through me And contain this raging fire Soon I hear a voice behind me It is my name that I am hearing And now I come to realise That I have dreamed you into being * * * "If I never met him, I would have dreamed him into being" I am in motion |

Lovely...reminds me of a song by Savage Garden...they say something along the lines of.."I think I dreamed you into my life"...a song introduced to me by my lady of the North Country...James |

Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments. Goldenrose - I was going to email you but I did not have your email address so I hope you get to read how humbled I was by your comment. I was so very moved by what you wrote and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. James - I know the song you speak of, it is called "I Knew I Loved You". Savage Garden are an Australian duo although they have now broken up. Darren Hayes, the more prominent in the group is a wonderful songwriter and I love their music. I'm glad they are enjoyed on the other side of the world too. (smiles) Awwwwwwww this too reminded me of Savage Garden's song, dearest friend, though I am not big on boy bands overall, Savage Garden was the best one and I really enjoyed their beautiful music when they were together!
