A stillness,
keeps me from chaos.
      Blocks the light from blinding me.
Leaves me silent,
when I have too many words to say.
       I cry out, in pain.
Lost in a captive state of mind.
Limited by a belief so strong.
       I surrender, in the midst of this rage.
Transformed in the blink,
of a restless eye.
       A stillness rescues me.

Beautifully written.  The trick in chaotic times is just to be able to figure out where
that town of Stillness is and how to get there!    Enjoyable read!

The beauty is that we carry that stillness with us wherever we may go. It is a matter of going within and finding it.
