Can I find a new set of eyes
That won't just wait in corners
Like the most imperial of spies
For my memory
Once wild and free
Now runs
Only to 'thee Fair Lady
Queen of Magic City

Yours was the first poem I read on PIP.  Great read.  I have glanced at a few others.  This is a great site--was recommended to my wife by a neighbor.  Will have to thank her.

WELL DONE!
Welcome to Passions. Word-of-mouth poetic advertising seems to bring so much new talent in here, we are all delighted with new fresh blood! LOL, ok, you don't have to bleed, just write and read.

Oooh!  It touches me with a hint of sensuality and a free dose of strawberry fantastic!!  Sorry.  Now that I've got that out of my system. 'Twas dynamic and absolutley profound.  Your words are lovely and touching.  You are an awesome example of quick yet powerful.  Lovely, my dear friend, lovely.

P.S.  That crazy quote was compliments of me so don't lay the blame on anyone else for my wicked craziness...HaHaHa!!

Borges-like.  I like the strangeness in it, that's its magic.

Very well done. Loved this!
