Challenged

I've felt the wind of matter much,
its course a bit off track.
I've seen it, words in front of eyes
before the night turns back.

I've peddled it in rhymes of need
that masquerade the real.
I've felt the wind of matter much
in nakedness appeal.

I've often wondered why it is
at times and why it's not,
that breezes tend to fade the please
when silence is forgot.

I'm challenged many moments in
but does it matter much,
when all there is, is stolen time
of once upon a touch.

I've done the dance, a time or two
now pages edged in brown.
The looking glass across from me
is watching tears run down.

Untitled, this day verses me
in thoughtful aging pose
while I, can see the newness of
the turning of a rose.

Challenged me to single out,
to vase it to be eyed.
And therein is the promise of
the matter much, disguised.

Darn! I love this and what the heck is it doing on page 2? Back to the top of the list this goes. This is absolutely marvelous and just made my #1 must read poem of the day list! That is an exclusive club nakdthoughts...and you should really be proud of this piece...for it deserves some attention.
