I have no idea how to start this or what to say
I only know I never wanted you to go away
I play our conversation over and over in my mind
I lay awake at night staring at the ceiling asking God, "Why"
How did our relationship turn out to be nothing
You were the only person I knew to turn to
I helped you but you wouldn't help me in return
You hurt me but the bridge you did not burn
I just want you to know I still think of you
Although I doubt you think of me, if you ever need a friend you know where to find me
I highly doubt you will read this or that you even care but I want you to know I will always be there
