Where be the prance of wander’s child, pondering, running free? In search the brook of fishes wild, waiting to basket be. To wade the chill of waters clear and tickle tiny toes. Upon the eve of Autumn’s drear before the first fall snows. Where grew the acorns high among the meadow’s branches brown. As children sang a new song sung till smiles replaced their frown. Wonderful poem Barry! You are a really talented individual. One day I WILL be that good, 'til then though I watch and learn! Thank-you for helping me with mine own writing. Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |
