Serendipity,
pink lemondade
enchanting
a steelgrey sky,
seeping into
winterized branches,
sweet cherry wine
a sonnetic ryhme,
the stained glass
pictures of mind,
radioacative,
my heart
beats like a
thrill ride,
lit up
florescent skies,
bouquets of starshine,
you take me
to Paraside Island
on an Asbury afternoon
when the undressed trees
are plucked,
featherless birds,
and I'm just at
the threshold
of surrendering
these sandals
to the winter greys,
and you,
the closest thing
in this relentless storm
that dwells,
tho perhaps
just a flicker
in the darkness,
and for this,

i cherish you........
