T'was a season
   of laughter,
   of romance
heart to reason
   of rebirth,
   second chance

but which come's first
   the Beau,
   or Arrow straight

love's empty thirst
   which bad blood
   does create

Now, on the hunt
   all of us
   try again
taking the brunt
   facing foe,
   or a friend

'nother season
   searching for
   the right heart

Cupid's teasing
   with twig, string,
   and a dart

One's outlook can be another's expression.

whew! that's pink is sort of hard on the eyes, but it's a great write!
