my heart is pounding my head is numb as I stare into your eyes feel this rush intoxication that moves through our veins want to stay like this forever wish you would not leave but time does not slow down or stop when I am with you only races more when you are near as the beat of my heart when you are gone it stops try to forget you... make the pain go away but sweet memories haunt me wherever I go sometimes unbearable when I see you once again I will be so overjoyed dizzy intoxicated by love is it really love? or just fatal attraction like a fragile flame that will go out at the slightest breeze? having not loved before I do not know but I pray I plead that it is either an immortal sea of flames or that i remember you no more. |
