I thought this love was forever
But destiny stepped in

How can a love like this

Be so wrong

What went wrong
What changed
What happened
To this love we had

I thought this was forever
I thought one day
We would be married
And together for eternity

Now another girl is in the picture
Where do I fit in
What happened to the love we shared
I know what happened
It just fizzled out

Where did I go wrong
Why was my love not enough
I don't know
And now I don't care

This made me cry. I don't mean that in a bad way, I could just see myself. And to be honest, even though it upsets me sometimes, I really am grateful every day that things are the way they are now. Today's reminder was a bit harsh, but this made me feel better. Thanks.
