had told me twice
her depth and love
would not
feel nice
when breadth of love
was depth
of ice

and cold resolve
became my vice

A lover once
had made my bed
and thought that
once she had
it led
to endless love
so sad it said
was loves mistake
that anguish fed

was anguish that
had made my bed
