Lay down your bitter sword
I’ll cast my shield aside
Of battle I grow weary
and long to sit astride
a thunder-footed steed
upon a homeward ride
Lay down your bitter sword
let Peace in us abide

"Come ye, enter then in peace.
I'll draw a draught to soothe your beast.
and pray ye, go there to the Inn--
and have yourself a feast on me."

Well done, Edder!

Edder, this is what we all need to do

Ah, I've been saying something along the same lines lately, Eddles. Why is it that no one seems to hear it?

-Hugs- Love you, Eddles!

I like the strength of this, and aren't all swords poisoned with bitterness?

Nah, 'tis only the person holding it that is bitter.

I know this feeling all too well...too bad I didn't hear those words...I would have them forged in stone!!!!!!!!!! Triumph would be manifested in PEACE!!!!!!!!!!
