![]() My new Pet She wandered into my morning So timid and scared She may have been running from Hunters, panthers or gators But in my back yard She found a sanctuary Where she could have a meal Like grass and blueberries I could not approach her She would just run away So from my back porch I watched her and said As long as I live here Your welcome at my place Here you will be safe And find peace and tranquility ![]() "Due to budget cuts, the light at the end of the tunnel, has been turned off" author unknown |
