Out of Summer Summer lies scattered as autumn gathers its golden collage of unfulfilled emerald fantasies Mid summer’s passions cool in chill of change Empty porch swings, now absent of lovers play October’s mournful tune, Out of summer, Prophecy’s pages flutter in six o’clock sapphire, calling for close of chapter Though still unwritten, always falling short of an inevitable end. |

Sometimes, when we look between the leaves, we see the mystery of a season's change... we need to slow down and capture moments... just like this.... |

I had been wondering about you. Have missed seeing you here on the boards. Your poetry is growing markedly in depth and just the right touch of words and images.... Very nicely done.. |
