They rattle off the names of storms like Bubba did with shrimp dishes in the movie Forrest Gump-- they say them just that casual. You see them there with caps intact mops and brooms held in their hands-- some can show you watermarks how high the water moved the land pointing out the "used-to-be's" with a stoic shake of head. I love it when they smile and then the cameras show the kids at play-- splashing in the "waterpark"-- it's dangerous, but shrug, and hey? Whatchya gonna do?
