ONE DONE Counting all those numbers Until our life is done If you think about it They all begin with ONE. The FIRST day of life The FIRST time we cried The FIRST time we laughed Our FIRST Yuletide. The FIRST time we crawled The FIRST step we took The time the other sex Was seen with a new look. The FIRST time we knew How we really feel The FIRST time we thought we loved The FIRST time it was real. But someday when those FIRSTs Are all done and past We'll find the FIRST day of our life Really is the LAST. Del "Abe" Jones |

Del- I haven't read any of your work before this, however I am going to go back and find it. You are indeed a welcome addition to the Passions community. Great job. We are all equal but we’re individually different |

yea, it goes so quickly... but sometimes so slow. I guess you really can only have one last, though. Better live it up. Well done. Always, Alyssa - And so it was that time stood still - |

I read this poem from the very FIRST word to the very LAST word--and everything in between--and thoroughly enjoyed every word! EA |
