Here I sit
with my circumspect

Here's a little calesthenic exercise that will help to cure that pain in your neck:

Start by facing your partner, at roughly arm's length, with your feet spread comfortably apart and your weight evenly distributed.

Now, assuming you are right-handed, rotate your shoulders firmly to the right. Get your hips and knees into it and extend your right hand to give extra momentum to the turn.

When you've reached the maximum extension, turned as far as your body will comfortably turn, snap back as quickly as you can toward the left, your right arm still extended..... make sure that hand gets all your energy and speed, and use your partner's face to absorb the momentum.....

Now, turn to the left in the same way......

Repeat this exercise until you feel a sense of resolution, and complete relief from this major pain.

QjQ--Hi Q...It's not like that, but I see people giving their words here about their bad exp's in ex-relationships, allbeit negative emotions theirs aren't criticized, and scrutinized. You understand it's just getting it all out. I appreciate you can see through the words and I'm not violent I'm just hurt so deep by the way this person tells me to "move on" but follows me to every website I go to and says stuff that he knows will hurt me. Cruel things. Rather than just talk about it, settle what his beef is with me and go about our ways. I made mistakes, but so did he. So why does that make him any better? Why can he be forgiven, but I can not?

His blatant trashings when all I asked was to talk to him after HE was the one that said HE would always be there for me, and yet I'M the one that did HIM wrong??? And sir I don't hit. Shara, sounds a bit like a stalker to me, you surely are better off without this guy, hope he gets the message and bugs off.. I can tell you have lots of friends here, they are very supportive.. hopefully that will help you through the rough times. Well written and powerful indeed.
