one moment, silenced now, the routine that winds the mornings, one breath, from one mirrored heart and soul, one bird, a lone traveler inks the sky in omnipresence, unmoved by joining teardrops, shed by humanity's fall, 2500+, names penned on rosters, clicking as decibels sing out, bittersweet, the air that shrouds their announcement, forestfull of evergreens, insulating the weeping ones, from memorials as this one, stop the inevitable, we are either blessed or doomed as one pulse beats beneath tomorrow, our fates woven as one, on the brink of mourning, church bells sounding, forewarnings that more such mornings may come [This message has been edited by inkedgoddess (09-11-2003 11:18 PM).] |
