Bedtime is a special time,
It marks the end of day,
When I can visit dreamscapes
Of lands so far away.

I soak in rose bubbles,
Then don fresh satin gown,
I light a jasmine candle
Then roll the duvet down.

I open bedroom window,
Closing curtains just part way,
I leave a space for Mother Moon
To bathe me in Her Ray.

I slip between blue silky sheets,
So cool against my skin,
Then begin breathing deeply,
As I travel deep within.

I centre self and then let go,
Of the stresses of the day,
And give my thanks to the Universe
And from my soul I pray.

Visions of vast worlds,
Beyond this planet Earth,
Draw me from my body
In a spiritual rebirth.

I rise above my flesh and bones,
Becoming one with Light,
And soar throughout the cosmos,
Until the end of night.
