Above Me

Above me dark chariots roll
With sounds of thunder in the stroll
And streaks of lighting needle trace
Sewing damage place to place.

Bringing down a torrents rain
Sounding like a railroad train
Snapping windowpane so cruel that
Each pellet explodes a jewel

Veiling gray the searching eye
Serving only sad of sigh
Squeezing out a misty tear
Denial of the suns revere

And so I lean in mournful let
The portals of the rain and wet
And pry my mind to sooth the view
To substitute a time with you

It’s then I fantasize in sighs
The wonder of your voice and eyes

What a good way to substitute, change the direction oof a storm to better visions.

with the tropical storm  henri rolling in just north of me, and hurricane fabian still out there looking would rather just read these pages of blue expecially when there are gems like this one to read

Good morning!--After a night like that, the morning sun must be a welcomed sight!

Dear Sy, you are a mighty warrior and must grab hold of the chariot's reins and go where you want to go! You have that kind of power!

Sweeter dreams tonight,

EA

How do you do it?

Well, we've had a beautiful summer here, and nothing to complain about, but I've actually begun craving some rain and storm.  You described it so well, all my senses are craving.  Shall we trade?  I'll send you 88 degrees and a soft summer breeze, for your dark rolling chariots and a couple lightening needles.  :-)

Rain Rain go away ...
Sy and Randy want to play.
A picnic on the beach instead
of shivering under the covers in bed.

Make the thunder pass on by ...
let the lightening leave the sky.
May the rain come to an end ...
leave them with a rainbow's bend.

Warm their days with golden rays of Sister Sun,
Mister Moon will light the night when day is done.

Congrats on your milestone my sweet Sy-babes.
Who knew Randy could count so high LOL

just think...thats 20000 *winkies*

JM,
Thank you love and who knew Randy could count so high. I'm sure he found it in the sky. O'er the rainbows where butterflies fly. And perhaps a moth or two.

Sy...I'm a sucker for a good storm
and I love the way you write one.
Very cool, my friend...and now, I wish
you a day filled with the warmth of sun,
and all that makes you smile.

Congrats on your milestone, Sy..

Last night I watched a storm... today I read one through your words. This is wonderful, my friend. *S*

It’s then I fantasize in sighs
The wonder of your voice and eyes

And then this... turns my thoughts to the sunshine of my heart... and leaves me applauding. *S*

Congratulations on your milestone... I'm looking forward to your next 20000! *S*
