Whether it is in the still
of night
or in the sunlight
bright
They will always be together
in reality and
in their
dreams
Whether fantasy or
reality

Even if the love they have
for each other seems
too good to be
true
It is true
it is reality
No matter what others
may think
or say

And it will be forever and for always

because........

They have learned from their
mistakes
from heartaches of
the past
They have learned to love each other
unconditionally
To not try to change the other
to be someone they
are not
They have learned that they should love
each other just as they are
For themselves

And if they will continue to do this
they will be together
for always
in their dreams and their fantasies
and in all their
realities

For forever and a day
For always

Oh Ethel, this has got to be one of the lovliest poems that I have read in here! The words 'Forever and a Day' were part of our wedding vows, because that is how we used to end each message on ICQ long before we met in real life!! Thank you for this, Ethel...~S~

Aww...Ethel...this touched me so much as my father used to sign his cards to my mother, "love, forever and a day." I miss them both so much and the awesome love they shared. Yet I know they are together in spirit. Wonderful write. Chris

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!!!! I have met and just married the man of my dreams....When we first met we decided life is too short to sweat the little things. We love each other just the way we are....It is a package deal and neither of us has ever been so happy...In almost a year and a half we have never had cross words....What a wonderful feeling of freedom exists when love can simply say..."we agree to disagree and love each other the more for it"....YOU capture what love really means and then all the fantasies of ones dreams can truely become reality.....MAGNIFICENTLY WRITTEN!!!THANK YOU FOR SAYING IT SO PERFECTLY!!!
