if you could partake

Why didn't you think
that I would find out
a wife and four children

nope you were not stupid, you are in love and you cared, that is no crime...and shame on them for not taking mature responsible consideration for your heart....

Powerful write and the way many of us have felt at one time or another.

Thanks...it's a battle. Most of the time I'd like to think I'm strong, but with moments of weakness.

No, not stupid...loving, caring, and trusting. I keep saying it, we are so vulnerable when we are in love, but I know of no other way for it to be. You did everything "right" in your giving, and now just take care of yourself, and hold your lessons for the next time. ~K~ great write, by the way...

I think sometimes we do act on our impulses too quickly and find ourselves in situations where we have to admit we made a mistake...I can only speak for myself...James
