Lost in thought

I'm try'n a little harder,
Trying a little more,
I'm trying to find out,
What I'm dying for.

Because this blade
Pierces within me
The tears come flowing out,
The enemy surrounds me
And I can only shout.
So save me...

Can't you hear me calling,
Don't you know my name,
You're the one I follow
Is this all in vain?

But still…
I hold a line that’s solid,
I fight until the death.
I'd take a stab for anyone,
I'd give up my last breath...

And I keep..
Try'n a little harder.
Fighting a little more.
I'm giving all my effort,
And what is it all for?

- And so it was that time stood still -
(blink, breathe, stand, fight)
