smearing
nylons
running
at the seams
broke
a heel
on
my new
little
black shoe
while
you
have me
running
backwards
in place
as you
softly
violate
my
comfort zone
i
would
love
to spit
my insecurities
in your face
and laugh
at your
nonchalant
oh so
sure words
you
holding me
only makes
the splinters
plunge deeper
within
my skin
piercing
the tears
upside down
right side up
do you
really
expect me
to
actually
begin
to
believe
in love
again
as you
softly
invade
my
comfort zone...
