brief fill ups he is an empty vessel longing for your joy and love to once again fill him up with brimming satisfaction developing a pattern he gives you little tidbits you present him with a feast never achieving balance once he consumes you enough reaching a certain degree he becomes satiated blocking your further entry why does this always happen perhaps life circumstances peppered with his selfishness stops perpetual full states now you must ask yourself this is he really worth your grief to continually pour yourself out for brief fill ups Janette Dedicated to those whom I see hurting and care about here at Passions ... see yourself? always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |

you are a perceptive one; well what else would we all have to write about then, if not the angst of love's lamentations? sunny skies? lol................ smart cookie, you are now, tell the cyberboys (and cyberfrogs) to stop hitting on us vulnerable little fishes............. Well-written, and yes. Yes, very much so. Kielo wounded and broken and hurting.... what scares me is that I'm starting to just not care, except that I wish I could cry the pain away.... |

Sadly, it works both ways, and no one ends up satiated. A thought provoking good write, Janette. |

I think I'll wait to comment, until I've read the second of these two poems. ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸ ¸¸ºº> ~~~(¸¸ER¸¸ºº> |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Janette, I fell into this same kind of confluence, sweet friend, when I first knew Joanna, she said she had a crush on me and we developed a long-distance love eventually and I really loved her and she loved me, then Joanna said on New Years Day she never loved me and tore my vulnerable heart! (sad sigh) It is sad to see so many women and men tricked by crooked smiles, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Janette, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton I don't need no proof when it comes to God and truth |

"is he really worth your grief to continually pour yourself out for brief fill ups" ~ hopefully I will never allow myself to be in that position again! I'm sure there will be many readers who will identify with your poem which is filled with truths--and causes one to reflect... EA |

Janette, I don't know who this s intended for, but you seemed to have gotten your point across. All I can say is that it works both ways, from what I can see...in other words, wher the "he" is, a "she" could be inserted. Right? It seems to be a lot of the guys who are letting themselves fall into this "cyber space" web as well as the ladies. It's all sad to me. Hugs to you and all of them Ethel |

now you must ask yourself this is he really worth your grief to continually pour yourself out for brief fill ups I could have quoted the entire poem, Janette. I am keep this one, if you don't mind, for a just in case moment. However, I do think you just put something...someone...to eternity's rest for me. And just for good measure, I am going back for a few more reads to get your message firmly embedded in my mind. Thank you, Poetess Janette. You will never know how much you helped me! Patricia |

inkedgoddess - somehow I do NOT see you as the "filler up" kind of gal ... *wink* ... thanks for commenting, pretty Lady. Kaoru - Oh ... that's OK and your "YES" is enough. Hugs to you! Midnitesun - I think you are correct, and I appreciate your thoughtful reply. Ratleader - "the second of these two poems" ... sorry, blonde moment, I have no idea what you mean but thanks for stopping by. Mistletoe Angel - Oh Noah, I do recall reading your romantic duets when you were so deeply in love and I am sorry that it did not work out as you planned. Please know this ... I am certain that one day you shall love and be loved ... again ... for you are a fine man. gemjop - yes ... you are "ok," in fact you are better than "ok," for you are working it all out through your fabulous writing. You go girl! Love your work. 1slick_lady - you are most welcome and I definitely agree with you ... you are an excellent poet where as I consider myself more of a story teller. I greatly admire your work. catalinamoon - Hugs to you, girl friend, and thanks. James Michael - thank you, 5 year limit donut man. *wink* *wink* Bill Charles - I agree, I agree. Thanks for the read. Earth Angel - I have been there, too, and find reflection good for my soul, thanks. garysgirl - this was intended as stated ... to whomever it speaks to here at Passions. Hugs back at you. Patricia - What a lovely thing to tell me ... wow ... you have made my day, thank you!!! always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same |
