So you danced on top of clouds
With stumbles that bolted to the ground
Always a tremble to follow
Cacophony built of plasma arcs
To rumble
Crumble down

Feel you hair stand on end?
I do..
Each time I look at you
Each time you draw close
I’m earth
That absorbs the flash
And burns
While you prance brilliant
Chaotic leaps
Lighting the billowed grey
Of each and every day.

What convection of heart
Drew you to such heights?

When does relief
Slant in wind driven sheets
That soak skin

Tell me…
Is it all a Sin?

To reach for the rain
And find yourself

Again?
