Spread your wings, release your heart
fly up high, to touch the stars
feel the wind and let your heart go free

Spread your wings, Release your fears
and if the tears start to fall
let the wind gently kiss away the tears

Spread your wings, Release your love
Give your love, unconditionally
and they will see
the beautiful person you are inside

Spread your wings, Release the hurt
holding on to a hurt will just
weigh you down and not let you soar

you have to spread your wings,
release the hurt, the fears,
remove the mask that is hiding
that beautiful person inside

Spread your wings and fly
like a dove soaring high
to touch the stars
