A woman in love on a starlite night,
dreaming of a man to hold close.
Charishing the warmth that he brings her each night.
the warmth that he has brung her tonight.
A man in need on a starlite night lying outside in the cold.
needle in hand, band on his arm, scars to leave the proof.
A man in the road, he's dead as stone.
A woman cries out in the darkened sky.
A killer on the loose, a drug deal gone bad.
All the woman can do is ask why.
