In the eyes of a child, you'll see true bliss Everything is right, nothing amiss In everything they do, there is such pride We can't help but know, how they feel inside As the child grows older, the innocence wanes but the pride of that child continues to gain They constantly look to please each day Hoping that kind words will come their way The playfulness, the love, as unconditionnal as can be... is there automatically But in order to keep that child inside, you must let it out... don't let it hide Just like a child let out to play their anxious to start each and every day.. No expectations, no worries, no fears, that comes as we grow through the years, which is why i am asking you to let that child out.. for the sake of your sanity for the love of yourself... Each one of us is a child inside, why should we continue to let it hide we deserve to go out and play and we need to be able to start a new day knowing that things will be okay So do yourself a favour and let that inner child out You won't regret it , and smiles will sprout For being this way is contagious as can be.. and people all around you, will begin to see That its alright to frolic and play and to not look any further than today Minoune |

Enjoyed the read, Two points, the first four lines, why are they not two? Is there some significance to the few lines with loss of rhyme? Minor points, don’t detract from the overall Gloom |

thankyou for the tips professor... a few glitches i know... but learning lol Earth Angel, every day the child in me i let come out... and when i do... i feel so good inside and out... come play with me... and let the children be who they always were... *hugs* minoune |
