In Rememberance of Lovers Two lovers once met on a hill Their souls exchanging breath like warm beautiful wind rushes The tall grass waves in the breeze The scent of wildflowers tickles your senses There's a bunch, unclaimed lying in front of the willow tree as if arranged in homage of the greatness of this spot or maybe they were intended but never received Can't remember... Don't want to forget It's abandoned Quiet. Free from the loudness of the world around it It's empty though full of life Sacred ground... Safe Now all that remains is the willow tree swaying sadly... |

Very talented you are. This was a beautiful poem yet sad. Cold hands means a warm heart |

I live with the image of a certain hill on a certain day...no day passes in which I don't think of it, and no matter how much time passes, it will always, always be beautiful to me.....thanks for polishing the memory. ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸ ¸¸ºº> ~~~(¸¸ER¸¸ºº> |

Every lover has a sacred place mapped forever in heart, where love still abides. I sure do! Enjoyed this poem too. |
