"You'll never know what it is like--" He closed his eyes as if in sway. I swept his bangs out of his eyes and demons danced in memories-- "And you, don't know, my brother-love, how hard it was to stay..." I spent last night watching the Saints Game, remembering how passionate my brother was about his football. Then I remembered that my brother was passionate about EVERYTHING. I sure miss talking with him...he was infuriating, funny, loud, stubborn, and grrr...RIGHT--a LOT of the time. This one is for you Keith. Your little sister misses you.  |
