Don't pull back from me this time, reach for my hand
Chase the blue from my soul, release it, let me fly and soar
Stop the pain of a million goodbyes or more

Chase the blue from deep inside, let us start anew
You know deep in your heart, I've never loved more than I love you
A million years could pass, a thousand stars could shine
We know in our hearts though that forever, I am yours...just as you are mine

Chase the blue from the sky, as I see a million colors in your eyes
For a love like the one we shared could never possibly die
Our love was meant to be, just as the tides of the sea
So chase the blue from my heart...once again be with me

No matter what happens, no matter where we go
We know that our love is forever, it's just something that we know
It's bigger than you and I, it has been since that first day
You know as well as I do this is true...and so now I've come to say

if you chase it,
it will surely fly away,instead
hold it close and watch it grow into
something beautiful"
