Spring pours a thesaurus
of neverending rain
writting on palettes
scribbling its rhythms
running down window panes,

diluted wishes and dreams
spirals of interlocking drops
captured for now in puddles,

along with splashing sparrows
and the longing for a goldenkiss,
keeping alive these dreams

Nice little wet and wild inky dream you wrote here.

And furthermore, that is such a pretty picture of you Michele.

writting on palettes
scribbling its rhythms
running down window panes,

reminded me of a time..lol... a time I was crazy perhaps..and could almost see the rain that fell as long passages of poetry arranging and disolving as it formed.

I enjoyed... and thanks for bringing that emmory back...if for only a flash.

"Spring pours a thesaurus

Just that one startling image would make me glad I read this poem....and for the rest, well, I could pick almost any other pair of lines and say the same thing.
