Gentle breeze
come unto me
wash away sin
beneath my feet
serpent, coiled
hiss and sneer
spitting venom
I fear
the twist
the turn of fate
wait!

I am afraid . . .

Such power and rhythm in this short piece .... the invoking is so strong.

May the breeze take away all fear!

This feeling of sin which is so rooted, is frightening.

YOUR fate is LOVE. Margherita

Sending you lots of love so there is no room for fear!

You certainly can pack a poetic punch! It just goes to show that less is sometimes more!

(big hugggsssssssss) I think in times like these we are all asking for some rejuvenation and some building of hope within, the only problem is those don't understand how patience helps and you keep crossing that line! (sigh) This is very heartfelt, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Oh Littlewing,

I feel your fear...it comes from the unknown.  Sometimes I wish I had a crystal ball, but then again, no.  To know the ending of my story...not yet.  CPAT is right, we must find our own ways of dealing with fear.  I hope you find your way through the fear.

Hugs to you.

Patricia

I have that fear at times, too. But the breeze is stronger than you may think...

I stopped fearing the turn of the next card a long time ago.  I wish I could explain why -- but it would be like trying to tell you what peanut butter tastes like.

I have the distinct feeling that you're up to whatever the universe has in store.

You are so vivacious tweets, it's become
your trademark and what I love about your writing.  We wouldn't be human if we had no fear, of course I understand what you're saying here.  (sorry to be so late with my reply, I knew you had a poem here somewhere but as I was scrolling from top to bottom then back up again...I couldn't see it for the life of me)     Wake up Bluesy!

I find myself searching for your poems.
And again those "simple" words, love your style of writing.
I think we're all afraid, sometimes.

Favourite Hendrix song? If I may ask..

Yours truly

Yes Broken I agree - fear Oh if I could squash it with my fist
Ohh your treading thin ice with that question:

"A merman I should be - 1984" (awesome)
"Hey Joe" - like the simplicity of it all
"Hear My Train A Comin" (acoustic when he is sitting on a stool with his trademark hat with the rings on it)

"Sweet Angel" ( oh , maybe my fav with littlewing)  I love angels
especially Jimi's angels
"May This Be Love" (ohh the waterfalll . . .)
"Manic Depression" (the way he describes music here)
"Little Miss Lover" ( Mitch just wails on the drums here)
"Bold As Love" ( the colors of the soul)
