~*~

I'm heading down
This winding road,
Destination
Unknown.
This wheel of life
Keeps rolling on,
Fed by seeds I've
Sown.

I give them love
And take great care,
I feed them
Hopes and dreams,
A splash of this
And a dash of that,
While flowing down
Life's Stream.

I nurture them
And pray they'll grow,
Into bountiful
Fruition.
I try to do
What feels true,
By following
Intuition.

I'm heading down
This winding road,
Destination
Unknown,
This wheel of life
Keeps rolling on,
Fed by seeds I've
Sown.

......"This winding road,

Man...I'm glad that I'm not the only one out here wondering around aimlessly, without a clue!!

"Standing on the road of life, no signs, and no direction.  If I don't know where to go, how do I create reflection..."
-From one of my own poems-

Great peice of writing.
This one touches many thoughts I'm sure!

It's the only way to go!  After all, who else can you count on?
Such beautiful and inspiring thoughts from you this morning.

Much enjoyed Linda~

Wranx ~

Great precis! Your synopsis is true to life!

Around and around
And around we go
Where we'll land
We do not know!

I really like this poem. I'm sure everyone can relate to the feeling of wandering through life blindfolded... That's how it works, I guess. Very nice.

Linda:

are you reading my mind again?
I just wrote about the Wheel of Fortune
I swear to you . . .
You have spoken my words
I love this (despise the reality)

Joe ~

I actually do have plans, goals, and a fairly good sense of direction; however, the poet Robbie Burns knew what he was talking about when he wrote about the best laid plans of mice and men...

(smiles) Oh Linda, this is wonderful, sweet friend, this sounds like it can be a blues song, yay! (kiss on cheek) Hehehe...you can be like Bonnie Raitt or Susan Tedeschi! Sorry I haven't been around very much the past week or so, I have been busy in a studio up in Westminster recording songs I will post the lyrics to soon, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Awesome! Are you headed my way? I loved this! I never knew there was such a word as "fruition"; now I finally have something to rhyme with "intuition." Thank you Linda for this piece. I could relate to it so well!
