“MOONLIGHT LOVING” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Last night in sultry moonbeam shadows, with the lights turned down low, music played of dreamy thoughts, I whispered into your ear of a rainbow… Words of passion, of loves moments, ones of how you entice me with you, how your mood of touch moves me, the way you caress, only as you can do… Your smile excites me with delight, as we lie on satin sheets tempting, a breeze warms, as does your embrace, together with you, moonlight loving… ~~~~ |

I have been sitting for hours with a decent claret and my thoughts mixed together while I stare at this moon; I have been wondering, among the other thoughts that chase me on quiet nights, how many lovers are being energized by this very full moon. How many new chapters will be written tonight in the free verse of love under the influence of such a moon? Thank you for sharing this moon's poem, here. |

Now, Bill, I read this the other day and when I tried to respond I got bumped off the computer with an illegal action tag. You know that has happened before on your poems, my getting booted. Hmmmm.
