“I AM”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
I could write words of what or who,
but the challenge is mighty to say,
about one who dreams of many visions,
too many to pen I believe, anyway…
I am who I am, no less, and no more,
with a muse that writes of, you know,
romance, love, and all of that stuff,
from a gentle heart born of long ago…
One from the pain, hurt, and tribulations,
now one of serenity, perhaps not yet grown,
and pouring forth from deep within this soul,
is romance for you, and you, to not be alone…
I loved this line especially "I am who I am, no less, and no more" for that is all we can be. Great write!
Bill...Splendid write. I would say describes the kind of person, the kind of man you are. A powerful offering for this challenge. I am amazed by your writing capabilities. ***Ivy Rose
I am loving these "I Am" poems! Thoroughly enjoying them and getting to know more about our Passions friends!
--and yours added to my joy of reading them! You are just as unpretentious and real as your poetry! You are huggably humble and loving!
Loves & hugs,
BC
Nothing misunderstood about this one!  You are telling it just like it is and how you feel.  Great Job!
